Turning
Turning: Our turning technologies provide solutions for both single pieces and medium-sized production runs. Our expertise lies in manufacturing single pieces and series up to 25 units with a short turnaround time. Our turning department consists of four conventional lathes capable of turning parts up to Ø310 mm, and five CNC lathes. The CNC lathes all feature powered tools, allowing us to produce parts up to Ø350 mm. Two of these lathes are equipped with a sub-spindle.
Milling
With our advanced milling technologies, we achieve maximum precision and efficiency in machining materials. Whether it's prototyping or medium-sized series, you can rely on us for seamless solutions. The 3-axis milling department comprises eight machines with a maximum range of Y760mm & X2500mm, two of which have a fourth axis for manufacturing long shafts and various other products. Our three 5-axis milling machines are equipped with a pallet system, enabling fast and 24/7 production.
Assembly
In addition to producing semi-finished products, we also offer comprehensive assembly solutions. Our assembly activities take place in one of our two specially designed assembly rooms. Here, we have the capacity not only for the simple gluing and assembling of basic components but also for the assembly and thorough testing of complete assemblies with mechatronic components.
Feasibility check
Upon receiving an order, our experts conduct a feasibility check on the product. If the drawings meet the requirements, we prepare everything for production. If there are doubts or adjustments needed to enhance the product, we can assist. We communicate and discuss the plan, sometimes making production easier and faster.
Quality control
Experienced employees perform quality control, and each part is labeled for easy processing by our customers. We have a climate-controlled measurement room equipped with Mitutoyo height gauges and a ZEISS contura 3D measuring machine, allowing us to conduct accurate measurements and continuously ensure quality.
Express lane
In cases where the standard lead time is too long, we have our express lane. With short communication lines, a broad stock of raw materials, craftsmanship, and the ability to work conventionally and with CNC, we aim to minimize downtime for the customer. This applies especially when dealing with known parts or during prototype development, where our direct communication and technical insight enable a swift understanding of drawings.
